Highlights:
- Added the initial version of the bmrunner program
  for running benchmarks and reporting the results to
  the bmserver via the bmclient.
- Made the "Test Case" column sortable in the web GUI.
- Fixed an integer division bug in the function that
  computes benchmark history statistics.

Renamed files and directories.
